Bodh Gaya (formerly Weve Village) in Bihar, considered to be the most valuable Buddhist pilgrimage site, is the place where the saint Shakamuni (Gautama Buddha) entered into meditation due to human suffering, and the path of Gautama Buddha (Gautama Buddha). The land of enlightenment).It is one of the eight major sanctuaries of Buddhism and a sacred place in Hinduism, and is considered to be the highest sacred place especially in Buddhism.

It is located on the banks of the Falgu River in eastern India.

In Bodh Gaya, there is a Mahabodji temple in the center and temples of various denominations around it (eg Chinese temple, Japanese temple, Nepalese temple, etc.).

Inside the Mahabodhi Temple, there is a large tower with a height of 52 m, which is the main hall, the Kongo Hoza, which was sitting when Gautama Buddha was born, and the Bodhisattva tree and bathing of Gautama Buddha, who was behind it when he was born. There is a lotus pond, and in 2002 it was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (cultural heritage) as "The Great Bodhisattva Temple of Buddha Gaya".

The towering large linden tree is said to be a descendant of the linden tree, which Prince Siddhartha sat on a raised platform, repaired the seating bullets, and finally sat when he reached the point of commentary.

There is also a road here, which is said to have been walked by the Buddha, known as the "Jewelry Trail," when he was thinking deeply.

Mahabodhi Temple

The magnificent Mahabodhi Temple in Bodh Gaya is a fusion of architectural styles created by many different cultures.The temple has architectural features from the Gupta period and the period of the word, and the walls of the temple are engraved with various patterns of Buddha.

In the Chancel, there is a huge statue of Buddha touching the ground, which is said to have a mythical significance in Buddhist teachings.
